Following a request from the European Commission in a letter dated 23 July 2021, and in accordance with Article 59 (9) of Regulation (EU) 2019/943 of 5 June 2019 on the internal market for electricity, ENTSO-E in collaboration with DSO Entity will submit a proposal for the Network Code on Cybersecurity (NCCS) by 14 January 2022.
As part of the process, ENTSO-E and DSO Entity have launched a public consultation on the Network Code on Cybersecurity, which will be open between 12 November and 10 December 2021.
